BASE ONE focuses on providing safe and secure housing solutions to those residents faced with homeless. We work alongside the residents to ensure they can access stability and a secure living environment whilst in temporary and emergency accommodation.
Partnered with Auxilium Community Housing CIC we can accept referrals from agencies such as NHS, Probation and Care providers under Intensive Housing Management, supporting individuals on their pathway to greater independence.
Both Auxilium and BASE ONE take a lived-experience, holistic and person-centred approach to support.
BASE ONE Specialist Property Management
Property Management
BASE ONE’s specialist property management service specifically addresses the needs of individuals or families experiencing homelessness. We will provide immediate and often temporary housing solutions for those without a stable place to live.
Our experienced team have a proactive and hands-on approach. It involves close and careful oversight of various aspects of property management to ensure the well-being of both the property and its occupants.
We are experienced in working with change resistant clients and have had great success in clients gaining a greater independence and purpose.
Strategy
BASE ONE offers specialist property management to those faced with homelessness and being placed by local authorities housing teams. our lived-experience team oversee and manage residents within a temporary and emergency accommodation setting.
Goal
Our goal is to offer a safe base to those faced with homelessness and who have likely experience trauma due to their circumstances. We are more than just a roof, we want our residents to know we care and our lived-experience team are there to provide a helping hand to gain independence.
Implementation
BASE ONE offers support in dedicated properties owned and managed by us. Our experienced team will support our residents and ensure the Housing Officer is updated monthly with any concerns. We continually seek to increase our residents independence and assist them obtain move-on accommodation.
Intensive Housing Management
BASE ONE partnered with Auxilium Community Housing CIC to offer Intensive Housing Management. This typically focuses on individuals who may require additional support but are not necessarily homeless. This could include individuals with mental health issues, disabilities, or other challenges that may impact their ability to maintain stable housing.
The Auxilium team have a specialism in working with addiction, homelessness and mental health crisis. We are qualified counsellors in CBT, integrative therapy, holistic therapy, recovery champions and mental health awareness trained.

Strategy
As Intensive Housing Managers we oversee and manage client development programs and services specifically designed for that individuals level of need. Our experienced team will address the unique challenges faced by those needing IHM, they will implement strategies to provide stable and supportive housing solutions.
Goal
The primary goal is to help individuals maintain tenancies by providing supported hours and work with the resident on their pathway to independent living. This includes peer support, application support, assistance with daily living skills, job training, mental health support, and assistance with accessing community resources. The emphasis is on addressing underlying issues that may contribute to their housing instability.
Implementation
Working with clients dedicating a minimum of 3 hours a week tailored 121 support under our intensive housing management service offered by our CIC partner Auxilium Community Housing. Our experienced team will support the resident on their pathway to independence and ensure the Housing Officer is updated weekly.
