Karl has a diverse and impressive background in property development and management, with a particular focus on supporting vulnerable populations and providing emergency accommodation.

Alongside BASE ONE he is Co-Director of Ofsted registered supported living scheme for 16-18yr olds,  Opportunity.Network.Empower.

His experience with large professional house share conversions and management, as well as working closely with local councils and regulatory bodies, reflects a commitment to maintaining high standards in housing and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Karl comes from a military background and has a disciplined and organised approach, which is valuable in an emergency accommodation setting. He holds a deep routed passion for facilitating behavioural change and providing quality homes, which aligns with a broader goal of making a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need.
