Charlie has joined BASE ONE from Adur and Worthing’s Street Outreach team. Charlie approach clients is with genuine empathy and compassion, recognising the humanity of each person she interacts with. Charlie works with various agencies and charities to deliver on support for the BASE ONE clients. Charlie is currently studying to obtain the Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Studies.

Homelessness often involves complex challenges related to housing, health and legal issues. Charlie is resourceful, creative, and adept at finding practical solutions.
